The Greens at Irvington Mews II is a brand-new senior apartment community in Baltimore, MD, designed for adults 62+.

Our apartment homes are offered at affordable rents, with eligibility based on total household income. To qualify, your income must fall within the minimum and maximum limits shown below. Program requirements may also apply and depend on availability; rent may be income-based or subject to income restrictions.

Minimum Income Requirements

Applicants must earn at least 2 times the monthly rent to qualify.

1 Bedroom: $26,448 annual household income minimum
2 Bedroom: $31,464 annual household income minimum

Application Review

All applications are reviewed using the same resident selection criteria, including verification of income and assets, landlord references, and standard background screening for all household members age 18 and older, in accordance with applicable laws and program requirements

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $25 per adult (age 18 or older) is required at the time of application
